10 Books On Trailblazing Women

For those of you who know about the Tease and Totes mission, you will know how closely tied it is to empowerment and, how by making more female role models visible, we believe we can inspire and empower the next generation of female trailblazers.

So, with that in mind, and with World Book Day next week, we wanted to share with you our top 10 favourite books about pioneering women:

1. "Girls Think of Everything: Stories of Ingenious Inventions by Women" Catherine Thimmesh illustrated by Melissa Sweet 


This books features women who have invented ingenious innovations that have made our lives simpler and better. You can read all about what inspired these women and how they turned their ideas into reality.

2. “Fantastically Great Women Who Changed The World” By Kate Pankhurst

From Coco Chanel to Rosa Parks, this book is bursting full of astounding facts and incredible artwork on some of the most brilliant women who helped shape the world we live in.
